Mint Chocolate
Ingredients

½ cup cocoa powder
·
¼ cup
melted coconut oil (warm gently on the stove to melt)
·
¼ cup date syrup (blended 1:1 ratio of dates to
water and a splash of lemon juice)
·
1 tsp pure peppermint extract
·
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
-combine everything in a bowl and mix together, spread out
to 1/8th in thickness on aluminum foil and freeze for at least 30 minutes,
break into pieces and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
